In order to meet the aim of home safety, the building have fire safe work that base on good management of building:

  1. Inspect any fire service installation or equipment regualrly, if you find any damage, please call registered contractor to repair and maintain.
  2. Inspect any electrical installation or equipment regualrly, if you find any damage, please call registered contractor to repair and maintain”F
  3. Check fire rate structure whether change or not, if you want to make hole or openings for door, please call any authorized person for professional advice”F
  4. Employ Management company to manage the daily operation and fire safety work.
The owner of any fire service installation or equipment or user keep such fire service installation or equipment in efficient working order at all times; and

such fire service installation or equipment should be inspected by a registered contractor at least once in every 12 months.

In order to reduce fire hazard and risk, owner or user should audit the building regularly to assure fire rated door which is closed. Do not place anything at corridor, or staircase and so not to black escape ways and avoid to lock the door in ground level, top level or other fire escape ways.

Owner or user should know escape ways and route, understand the operation of fire service installation or equipment in building, and launch fire drill regularly to redure worry and afraid during fire. To remember that large amount of dead during fire is due to smoke, not fire.
